Some screens look different in WrkLst 10. ## What a presentation is A presentation is a private viewing room: a link you send to a client showing artwork images and captions, with optional details such as availability and retail prices. It replaces sending a PDF, and unlike a PDF you stay in control of it after it has gone out. ## Choosing what travels with the work You decide exactly which details of a work appear — from prices to availability — and which layout the client sees. That means the same selection can go to a museum curator and to a private collector with different information attached. ## Seeing what happened next A presentation records the client it was made for, the link you sent, whether that link is still active, and how often the client has opened it.
