Collection Values (C-Values)
Collection Values, shown as C-Values in the menu, tells you what your collection cost, what it is estimated at, and what
it is insured for.
The value sheet
Filter your collection however you like and the sheet shows the three figures side by side for the works in that filter.
The totals stay pinned above the rows as you scroll, so you always know what the current selection adds up to.
Editing figures
A work's figures are edited straight from its line, which means correcting an insurance value does not require opening
the work and coming back.
Currencies
Whatever currencies the individual works are recorded in, the totals are converted into yours.
What it is useful for
The obvious uses are insurance schedules and valuations. It is also the fastest way to answer questions that would
otherwise take an afternoon: what a single artist's holdings are worth, what a room is worth before a loan, or how
estimated value has drifted from purchase cost.
