What a shipment record holds
A shipment records what is in the crate, where it is going, and the paperwork that has to travel with it — proforma
invoices, customs documents and anything else you attach. Because shipments are linked to works and exhibitions, you can
get from a work to the shipment it is on, or from an exhibition to everything moving for it.
Customs paperwork
Customs documents can be generated pre-filled from the details already in the shipment, rather than retyped.
Tracking
For trackable carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS, live tracking and delivery status are available directly on the
shipment, so you can answer "where is it?" without leaving WrkLst.
