Messages is a full mail client inside WrkLst. Write to a contact, attach artworks and documents, and have every letter filed against the people and works it concerns.

Writing a message

Search for a contact or simply type an address. Pick the artworks you want to include and their captions write themselves from the work records, so prices and details are correct without retyping. Preview the whole thing before it goes, then save it, send it, or drop it into your own mail account's drafts if you would rather send it from there.

Your sent mail

Everything written from WrkLst has its own page, listing the recipient, the subject, the first line of the text and whether it was opened. Open a message to read it exactly as it went out — who was copied in, which artworks and documents travelled with it, and each time the recipient opened it.

Why this beats your ordinary inbox

Because messages sit next to the records they concern, the history of a relationship is on the contact rather than scattered across mailboxes. When a colleague picks up a conversation, they can see what was already said and what was already shown.

If a message gets stuck

A message still waiting to be sent says so plainly. After ten minutes it offers a button to send again. WrkLst never sends the same message twice, so it is always safe to press.
