The Dashboard in WrkLst. Everything that needs you today, on one screen, the moment you sign in. And you decide what goes on it, tile by tile.

WrkLst opens on your dashboard: a greeting, and tiles for your works, contacts, sales and the rest of your day. New work and New contact sit right at the top, one click away.

Looking for something? The search above the tiles finds works, contacts and sales, and also exhibitions, consignments and shipments. Start typing, and one click opens the record.

The Leads tile starts with three numbers. Waiting for a reply: your new leads, and those nobody owns, a day without an answer. Follow-up due: your follow-ups for today or earlier. No movement: your leads quiet for sixty days. Each number opens its list.

Once Opportunities is switched on, a second tile sits right under it. For upcoming shows counts whom to invite, Stay in touch counts who hasn't heard from you in a while. Below, the strongest people, each one click from their contact.

Recent works, Contacts and Recent sales show the latest ones first, and each has a search of its own. A sale that's past due is marked Overdue. The link at the bottom opens the whole module.

Exhibitions shows what's on now and what's coming, at your own spaces if you like. Active consignments flags the ones ending within thirty days. And Shipments puts what hasn't arrived yet first.

Presentations shows the latest edited ones: who each is for, how often it was opened, and when. Your recent lists marks the shared ones. And Notifications holds the same alerts as the bell.

Choose Customize. Drag a tile by its header, pull its corner to resize it, and hide it with the cross. Add tile brings hidden ones back, Activity among them. Done saves your layout, for you alone.

At the very bottom, What's new lists the latest updates to WrkLst. Click a line to read it, and Load more adds the next ten. A new account also starts with Getting started: three steps to set up.

Five habits make it work. Put the tiles you need every day at the top. Hide what you never open. Answer what's waiting for a reply. Clear your follow-ups every morning. And check What's new now and then.
