Getting started & subscription

Getting started with WrkLst. Open your account, take the first three steps, and keep your subscription in plain view, from the free trial to every invoice, and to cancelling, if it ever comes to that.

Starting your own account? Confirm your e-mail address with a six-digit code, name your gallery or collection, and choose your account's address. Stripe then takes your payment card, but nothing is charged during the fourteen-day free trial.

Joining a team? Your invitation e-mail has a link to activate your account. You set your own password, or a passkey instead, and that one login opens every WrkLst account you belong to.

A new account opens on the Getting started card. Create an inventory, add your first work, then add your artists and clients. Have a spreadsheet? Import many works at once. When you're done, dismiss the card.

WrkLst is priced first by the size of your archive. Your works and contacts set the stage, and a managed edition counts as one record. Every stage comes with a generous number of users; only with more users than that do you move up a stage.

Your subscription begins with the trial, monthly at first. There's nothing to set up when it ends: it simply carries on. Cancel before the last trial day, and your card is never charged. A coupon goes in right on the Subscription page.

Current plan shows what you pay, from your first day. Your works and users, the billing period, the price, any discount, the VAT and the total. During the trial, it also shows the day the trial ends.

As your archive changes, your plan follows. When a cheaper plan fits, the page says so. Switch right away, or WrkLst moves you across by itself after seven days. Switching between monthly and yearly billing takes one click.

Want a website? Add it under Settings, Website, in the Plan card. Website Data feeds your own developer or agency, set up together with the WrkLst team. Website Complete is hosted by WrkLst, and you can buy it once your trial has converted.

Subscription and billing shows your billing address and how you pay, and every invoice is listed with its PDF. To cancel, or to change your card, open the billing portal. WrkLst stays available until the end of the period you've paid for.

Five habits make the difference. Use the trial with real works. Invite everyone with their own address. Take the three first steps. Choose yearly billing once you're sure. And keep your billing address current for your invoices.
