The mobile app

The WrkLst app for your phone and tablet. Your works, artists, exhibitions and lists in your pocket, even where the signal gives out, at a fair, in a studio or in a storage room.

Get the app from the App Store for iPhone and iPad, with iOS 17 or newer, or from Google Play for Android. The app is part of your subscription, at no extra cost.

Sign in with the same e-mail address and password you use in the browser, or ask for a sign-in code by e-mail. If two-factor authentication is on, the app asks for your code as well.

Work in several WrkLst accounts? After you sign in, the app lists them, and you choose which ones to bring onto the device. Accounts whose subscription has ended aren't offered.

If the app refuses an address that works in the browser, check the role. It needs the Mobile App permission, under Settings, User Roles. Most roles have it, but older custom roles sometimes don't.

After you sign in, the app copies your records onto the device. That's why it works offline. Images load as you open them, and from then on the app keeps itself current, fetching only what changed.

A large archive? Bring only the inventories you need onto the device. And before a fair or a studio visit, sync once more, so everything is with you when the booth has no signal.

Browse by artist, exhibition or list, mark favourites, and share one work or a whole basket on the spot. Prices, documents and confidential details appear only if your role allows them.

With an iPhone Pro or an iPad Pro, scan a sculpture in 3D and attach the model to the work, if your role may edit works. View in Room then shows the real object at its true size.

Settings, Mobile App lists your paired devices and when each last connected. Remove a device with one click. Lost a phone? Reset your password and tick Also disconnect my apps and devices.

Five habits make the difference. Sync before you travel. Bring only the inventories you need. Build your fair list in advance. Mark the works you show most as favourites. And remove a device the day it leaves your hands.
