Presentations in WrkLst. A private viewing room for each client, with exactly the details you choose. And you see what they looked at.

All your presentations at a glance. Each card shows its works as the cover, who it's for, whether the link is still active, and how often it was opened. Prefer rows? Switch to the table.

Looking for one? Type part of its name into the search. Done with a presentation? Archive it from its menu. Include archived in the filter shows it again. The filter also sorts by name or last change.

Start with Add presentation, or from what you already have. In an exhibition, a list or the basket, choose Present. The page is laid out already: the title, the works in three columns, and the documents.

On the Settings tab, give it a name and pick the client. The page starts in your language; tick further languages, and your client can switch. Then decide what it shows, like prices. The public link is on, for one month. Save, and it's live.

On the Content tab, you build the page from blocks. The plus adds text, works, images or video. Select one to change its style. With further languages, you translate text by text, and the switch counts what's still untranslated. Then check phone and email.

Want to hear back? Under Requests, switch on Enquiries. Every work gets an Enquire button, and your client can ask about several at once. Each enquiry arrives in Leads, linked to the works and this presentation.

Ready to send it? Open the presentation. Copy link for… a client, and they're listed under Shared with. Their open leads show every visit. Or choose Send by email: your client as recipient, the name as subject, and the presentation as a designed email.

Then see what happened next. Views counts the visits and names the works looked at most. It also shows countries and devices. Your own visits while you're signed in don't count. Below, Leads lists the leads linked to it.

Same selection for someone else? In the menu, choose Duplicate. The copy keeps the works, the page and the settings. It gets its own link, and you pick its client. Nothing is created until you save.

Five habits make it work. Name the client on every presentation. Show only what they should see. Switch on enquiries. Check the views before you follow up. And archive what's done.

That's Presentations, in WrkLst. You'll find them under Presentations, in the sidebar.
