Signing in and your profile, in WrkLst. One login for every account, passkeys and a second factor for safety, and you decide how long you stay signed in.

One e-mail address and one password open every WrkLst account you belong to. Sign in once, and pick the account. Tick the box to go straight to the last one next time. Switch at any time from the menu with your name.

Faster still: Sign in with a passkey. Touch ID, Windows Hello, a security key or your phone confirms it's you, with no password at all. A passkey also counts as your second factor, so no code is asked.

Password not working? Then the sign-in page offers two ways out. Email me a sign-in code sends you six digits to type in. Or ask for a reset link, and choose a new password. Two-factor still applies either way.

After signing in, WrkLst asks once how long to keep you. On your own computer, stay signed in, for three months after your last visit. On a shared one, choose This session only. Logout signs this browser out, and nowhere else.

Your profile is in Settings, under Name and Security. Change your e-mail, and WrkLst first sends a code to the new address. Then it changes in all your accounts. The contact card is what presentations show beside your name.

For a second step after your password, choose Enable two-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, type the six digits, and choose Confirm and activate. Then keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.

Under Passkeys, choose Register a passkey, and give it a name you'll recognise, like MacBook Touch ID. Add one for each device. The list shows when each was last used, and you can delete one at any time.

Work in several accounts? Show them as tabs at the top of the screen, and drag them into your own order. Or turn off Ask me which account when I sign in, and land where you left off.

Connected apps lists the AI assistants you signed in with your login. Signing out doesn't end them, but Disconnect does. Lost a phone? Reset your password, and tick Also disconnect my apps and devices.

Five habits make the difference. Register a passkey on every device. Switch on two-factor. Keep your recovery codes outside WrkLst. Stay signed in only on your own computer. And disconnect what you no longer use.

That's signing in and your profile, in WrkLst. You'll find your profile in the menu with your name, top right, under Settings and Name and Security. Everything about your sign-in is there too.
