Your website, made with WrkLst. Built from the artists, exhibitions and works you already keep.
Open Website in the sidebar and choose Create your website. One click makes your first pages as drafts, plus an imprint and a privacy policy. Nothing is public until you publish.
Next, choose your artists. Open an artist in Contacts, and in the Website section, tick the box. That lets their page and their works go online. Artists without the tick simply don't appear.
Every work has its own settings, in the Website card of its form, below Prices. Show the work and its availability, pick the one price the website shows, or Price on request, and choose whether visitors can enquire.
Many works at once? Put them in the basket and open the Website menu. Show or hide them, set how their price appears, or let visitors only look. In the filter, Website finds works that are shown, hidden or already online.
Choose a page, and it opens as your visitors will see it, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Edit opens its blocks beside it. The plus adds text, works or images. Blocks that list your works fill themselves from WrkLst.
Every artist, exhibition and work on your site gets a page of its own, with one layout per kind. Change Work pages, and they all follow. It also lists the works on your website, to add or remove right there.
Your site's address and look are set in Settings, under Website. Enable hosting, and a few minutes later your address is ready. Then choose accent and wall colours, typefaces, logos, and light or dark pages.
Choose Publish all. WrkLst counts what will go online, and takes your imprint and privacy policy along. A few minutes later, your website is live. From then on, a new price or a sold work reaches it by itself.
Switch on Enquiries on the website and save. WrkLst adds a section to your privacy policy; publish it, and every work gets an Enquire button, unless set to Only look. Enquiries arrive in Leads as new leads, with their works.
Five habits make it work. Mark which pictures may go public. Choose one price, or Price on request. Change a kind of page once, not each page. Switch on enquiries. And have your legal pages checked.
