Works in depth, in WrkLst. Images, numbered editions, automatic import and View in Room: everything beyond the list.

Drag your photos straight onto a work's image area, or click Add Images. They upload in the order you drop them, and you type the photo credit once, for all of them.

In the form, the star makes an image the primary one. The green dot means publishable. Only those images reach presentations and your website. And the pencil rotates an image or sets its focal point.

Click the picture to open the image viewer. A double-click or the scroll wheel zooms in. Details shows the full caption beside it, and the arrow keys step through every image.

In Artwork Images, Download all saves every picture at once, in the size you pick, up to the original file. In the share menu, Download Images lets you choose pictures and sizes, and add a caption file to each.

A print run or a cast? In the form, switch on Edition and enter the edition size and the artist proofs. Every number gets a slot. One click fills the empty ones, and on saving, each becomes a new work, numbered for you.

Each copy is its own work. The Edition section shows each one, whether sold, on hold or still available. And Multi-edit loads the whole edition, proofs included, so one change reaches every copy.

Got a price list? WrkLst types it in for you. In an inventory, click Import works and drop in a PDF, a Word file or a spreadsheet. It needs AI features turned on for your account.

Nothing is added without you. Every work first appears in a review table, linked to the matching artist in your contacts, with its images taken from the document. Fix what's wrong, untick what you don't need, and import. If the import moves your plan to another tier, it tells you first.

How big is it, really? View in Room shows the work at its true size on a wall, with a figure for scale. Turn the room or go fullscreen. On a phone, View in AR puts it on your own wall.

Five habits make it work. Drop all photos at once. Mark working shots as not publishable. Set up each edition once. Import lists instead of typing them. And give every work its real size.

That's Works in depth, in WrkLst. You'll find it all under Works, in the sidebar.
