WrkLst Contacts. Everyone you work with, and all you share, in one place.

Every card shows the role, the name and how to reach them. Prefer rows? Switch to the table, and sort by name, e-mail, phone or city with one click.

Looking for someone? Type part of a name into the search. WrkLst also checks company names, partner names and saved synonyms, so a former name or a nickname still finds the right person.

The filter opens with four groups. Who they are, like collectors or businesses. How to reach them, such as e-mail or city. What you know, from leads to tags. And relationships, like who collects Mary Painter.

Click a contact, and the record opens beside the list. How to reach them sits at the top. Below it, your whole history together: leads and waitlists, sales, exhibitions, connections and every change.

Add contact opens the form right in the page. Paste an e-mail signature and choose Fill found information: name, e-mail, phone and address are filled in. Already in your contacts? WrkLst warns you before you create a double.

To change a contact, click the pencil. Add as many e-mails, phones and addresses as you like, and star the main one. Find address completes an address as you type. Save changes, and you're back where you started.

The Messages panel keeps the mail you sent from WrkLst. For the rest, search your own mailbox right from the record. Only this person's addresses are searched, and nothing is stored until you keep a mail or reply to it.

Gathering people for an invitation? Click the cart on a card, or add everything your filter shows at once. Then save the basket as a list, or share everyone in it as a document.

For letters and labels, open the share menu and pick a template. WrkLst builds the document in your own layout, and it downloads by itself. From the bar at the bottom, it works for every contact your filter shows.

Five habits make the difference. Paste signatures instead of typing. Heed the duplicate warning. Star each person's main address. Tag people as you meet them. And keep the important mail on the contact.

That's Contacts in WrkLst. You'll find it under Contacts in the sidebar.
