Exhibitions in WrkLst. Every show in one place, from the first checklist to the sales report and the costs.

All your shows at a glance, in the gallery, at fairs and in museums. See them as cards or as a table, sorted by date or by title. Each card shows the venue, the dates and the artists.

Looking for a show? Search by title, artist or venue. Or use the filter, for example for current or upcoming shows, group shows only, fairs only, or just your own spaces.

Click a show to open it. The list stays beside it, so the next show is one click away. At the top: who, where and when. Below: the works, installation shots, documents and the press release.

Click Add exhibition. Give it a title and choose solo, two-person or group. Add the venue and its dates, as precisely as you know them: a day, a month, or just the year. Then add the artists.

The checklist starts with the works. In Works, find the ones you have in mind and put them in the basket. Then choose Exhibit, for a new show or one you already have. Their artists come along by themselves.

Edit exhibition opens the form in the same place. Every work arrives confirmed. Clear the tick for any you're still considering, and drag them into your own order. Add installation shots and the press release as they come in.

When works sell, the sales report shows how the show is doing. The total, what each colleague sold, and where every work stands: sold, on hold or available. Count it by works, or by value.

Production and expenses adds up what the show cost. The framing and production of its works, plus the show's own costs, like shipping, photography and dinners. Download it all as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

Need a checklist, a price list or wall labels? Open the share menu and pick one of your templates. WrkLst makes the document on your letterhead, as PDF, Word or Excel, and it downloads by itself.

Five habits make it work. Build the checklist from the works. Give every venue its dates, even just the year. Keep Confirmed for works that are certain. Record every hold and sale in WrkLst. And book the show's costs as they happen.

That's Exhibitions in WrkLst. You'll find it under Exhibitions, in the sidebar.
