Integrations in WrkLst. Connect the services you already use, from newsletters and bookkeeping to card payments, parcel tracking, your calendar and your own software.
Most connections live on one page, in Settings, under Integrations. Each service has its own card, from Mailchimp to online payments. Whoever looks after the account sets them up once, and the whole team benefits.
For newsletters, switch on Mailchimp or MailerLite, and paste the API key. WrkLst checks it and lists your audiences. From then on, every e-mail on a contact shows its status, and you subscribe or unsubscribe right there.
Keep your books in QuickBooks? Choose Connect to QuickBooks and sign in there. Pick the default income account, and a sale's invoice goes over with one click. Two spaces with separate books? Connect another company. Lexware Office connects with an API key.
Under Online payments, choose who takes the money. Stripe, Shopify or QuickBooks. With Stripe, you simply sign in at Stripe, with no keys to copy. Your client pays the invoice by card, and the sale marks itself paid.
Your accountant needs formal invoices? Under Accounting, switch invoice bookkeeping on. WrkLst follows the rules of your country, with gapless numbers and locked documents. In Germany and Austria, the DATEV export takes a period's invoices to your tax advisor.
AfterShip shows a parcel's status and its route on a map, for every shipment with a tracking number. It's on from the start, and nothing goes out without a yes. Each shipment asks first, unless you chose otherwise in Preferences.
Mail goes out from your own address. Each person connects their own mailbox under Email Account, whether Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, kSuite or any IMAP account. Drafts land in your mail program, and a contact's correspondence is one click away.
Want your WrkLst dates in your own calendar? Create a subscription under Calendar, and copy the link. Paste it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Exhibitions, holds and payments due then sit next to your appointments.
For your own software, an admin creates a token under API Tokens, from read only to full access, or one that acts as a single user. AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT need no token. Copy the MCP address, and they sign in as you.
Do mailings bounce? MailerCheck tests every address for you. Under Integrations, paste your MailerCheck token and check it. Then choose Check email addresses. The results are counted by category, and a flagged address shows a label on its contact.
Five habits make the difference. Connect your newsletter tool, so opt-outs reach it. Pick one payment provider. Have your tax advisor check the DATEV mapping. Keep the AfterShip question on. And give every token a clear name.
