Leads and Opportunities in WrkLst. From the first enquiry to the sale, and who to call next.

Every enquiry becomes a lead: a person, the works they want, and a goal. Website and presentation enquiries arrive on their own. A mail becomes one with Make a lead. Anything else you add with New lead, or from a contact or a work.

As a lead moves on, drag it along the board. Hold and Sale follow your records in Sales, so the value you see is always the real one.

Give every lead a next step. Set a follow-up date, and WrkLst reminds you on the day. Moves, mails and notes land on the timeline by themselves.

Start your day on the dashboard. Waiting for a reply: new leads nobody has answered yet. Follow-up due: what needs you today. No movement: leads that have gone quiet for sixty days.

The calendar shows the weeks ahead. Overdue in red, due today in amber, right next to everything that already happened.

Now switch on Opportunities. An admin does it once, in Settings. It reads only your own records, and nothing leaves your account.

For every upcoming show, WrkLst ranks whom to invite, and shows you why: they bought the artist, are on the waitlist, or looked at the work in a presentation. Answer each row. Every answer clears it for the whole team, and most of them teach the ranking what counts for you.

Stay in touch lists the clients who haven't heard from you for longer than their usual rhythm. Met two of them at a fair? Log the contact, and they drop off the list.

And when someone says no, mark them: Don't reach out. Campaigns, single mails, newsletters, letters and labels all respect it.

Five habits make it work. Give every lead a follow-up date. Reply within a day. Link the offer or the sale. Answer every opportunity. And log the contact you have outside WrkLst.

That's Leads and Opportunities. You'll find it all under Leads, in WrkLst.
