Lists in WrkLst. Build a selection once, and use it again wherever you need it.

All your lists at a glance. Each card shows what a list holds, a pile of its works or a count of its contacts. An icon says who may see it. Prefer rows? Switch to the table, and sort by name or last change.

Looking for a list? Type part of its name into the search. The filter narrows it down by visibility, by works or contacts, and by category. Archived lists stay hidden until you include them.

Click a list, and it opens beside the others. Click a picture at the top to enlarge it. Below, you see each work with its inventory number, price and location. Open one, and the rest of the list stays beside it.

Click Add list, then pick a works or contacts list. Give it a name and a category. Your whole team can see and change a shared list. Shared and locked, only you can change it. A private list is yours alone.

Now add the works. Search, and pick each one with a click. Drag them into your order, or sort by inventory number or year. Click Add, and the list opens. Later, Edit list brings you straight back here.

The basket fills a list fastest. In the works basket menu, choose Save basket to existing list, and pick the list. Add puts the works on it, Replace empties it first. Load list into basket does the reverse.

A list is also where the next job starts. Use list starts an offer, a hold or a sale, a shipment, an exhibition, a consignment or a presentation with its works, in the list's order.

A contacts list is your mailing list. Use list starts a campaign named after it, with each contact's main address in place. Anyone without an e-mail address is left out, and WrkLst says how many.

Need the list on paper? Open the share menu, and pick one of your templates, a price list, say, or wall labels. WrkLst makes the document on your letterhead, and it downloads by itself.

Five habits make it work. Name each list for what it's for. Lock what others shouldn't change. Fill lists from the basket. Start the next job from the list. And archive what's finished, instead of deleting it.

That's Lists in WrkLst. You'll find them under Lists, in the sidebar.
