Messages in WrkLst. Write to one person or to many, from your own address, with your works right in the letter.

Messages keeps every letter you write, newest first. Each row shows who it went to, the subject and what happened to it. A green tick means it was opened. Campaigns sit right in the same list.

Looking for one letter? Type a name, an address or a subject. If nothing matches, WrkLst searches the text. The filter picks drafts, sent mail or what wasn't sent. Only opened keeps the opened ones.

Choose New, then New message. Type a name or any e-mail address. Start from one of your templates, and put in the first name with one click. Preview shows the letter as it will arrive.

Add artwork puts your works in, and their captions write themselves, with the price if you like. Documents go as download links. And you choose how works travel: caption below, caption in the picture, or one PDF.

Send uses your own mail account. Not finished? Save it for later, or put it in your mail app's drafts. Track shows when it's opened, and Record as a lead makes the recipient a lead.

Click a letter to read it as it went out. Below it: the works it carried, the documents, and every time it was opened. From here, forward it, reuse it, or make a lead.

For many people at once, choose New, then New campaign. Give it a name, and link the show. You write the letter once, and each person gets their own copy, with their first name.

Under Recipients, search your contacts and add them one by one, or all at once. Drag them into the order the letter goes out in, closest collectors first. Anyone marked Don't reach out is never added.

Under Send, pick anyone to see the letter they'll get, and change it just for them. Then send to everyone still waiting in one go. Later, the campaign shows whom it reached and who opened it.

Inviting guests to an opening or a dinner? Choose New, then New RSVP campaign. Describe the event, and WrkLst writes the letter from it, reply buttons included. The guest list shows who's coming, and at the door you tick them off.

Five habits make it work. Start from a template. Let the captions write themselves. Preview before you send. Switch on Track. And write to your closest collectors first.

That's Messages in WrkLst, campaigns included. You'll find it under Messages, in the sidebar.
