Reports and Analytics in WrkLst. How your year is going, who sold what, and the sales behind the numbers.

Open Reports and Analytics in the sidebar. There's nothing to set up: every figure comes from your own records. Sales comes first, then Leads, your team and your collection.

Look at the year by month, by quarter, or year by year. Grey bars show last year beside it, and each tile shows the change in percent. The Sales card converts to your currency: the total, the number of sales and the average sale.

Three settings decide what counts. Net shows your share. Sell for someone else, and you keep your commission. When another gallery sells yours, its commission comes off. External sales count once you tick them. Gifts and donations count at list price, in their own colour.

Facilitator sales shows who sold how much, month by month. Unfold a name for the sales behind it: date, client, invoice and amount. One more click opens the sale, so every total leads back to its sales.

Exhibition sales credits each show with its sold works. Your own spaces are marked At gallery, fairs and museums External. A show sits in the month it opens, and a work shown twice counts for both.

Consignment sales lists your financial consignments that sold, with their direction. Gross and net stand side by side, so the gallery's share is clear at once. Each sits in the month it began. Unfold one to see every sold work.

On the Leads tab, choose a goal, like Sale, and every figure counts that goal alone. You see open leads by stage, new leads by source, won or lost with the win rate, and what offers, holds and sales are worth.

Three more tabs look beyond sales. User Performance shows your team's activity over thirty days. Acquisition and Insurance adds up your collection's values. Inventory Volume counts objects and cubic volume per inventory.

Exhibitions and consignments carry their own sales report, with no period to pick. A consignment shows gross and net, the works sold, and where every work stands, by number or value. Click a name for the sales behind it.

Five habits make it work. Name the right facilitator on every sale. Add works to their exhibitions. Set the commission on financial consignments. Mark external sales and gifts. And unfold a row before you report its total.

That's Reports and Analytics in WrkLst. You'll find it under Reports and Analytics, in the sidebar.
