Shipments in WrkLst. Know what is travelling where, follow it on its way, and have the customs paperwork ready.

Your shipments appear as cards. Each one shows which way the works travel: out, in, between your own spaces, or between two other parties. Prefer rows? Switch to the table and sort by sender, recipient or pickup date.

Looking for one? Type a name, a reference or a tracking number into the search. Or open the filter: pick a direction, a transport window like in transit or in planning, and whether it has arrived.

Click a shipment, and it opens beside the list. At the top: which way, between whom, and when. Below: carrier and tracking, every work in the crate, the documents and the proforma invoice.

Put the works in your basket and choose Ship. The new shipment opens with them on it, captions, sizes and prices included. Pick sender and recipient, and set the dates. Not agreed yet? Tick No dates, and it waits as In planning.

To change it, click the pencil. Under Work location, say where the works are while they travel and where they land, each with its arrival date. Every work takes on these locations, so the whole team knows where each piece is.

Choose the carrier and type the tracking number. For carriers with live tracking, WrkLst first asks whether to check it with AfterShip. Say yes, and you see every stop on a map, plus a public link to pass on.

Going abroad? Add a proforma invoice. Every work is already on it, with its description. Fill both addresses from sender and recipient, then set all unit values to a share of the retail price in one go.

For the customs paperwork, open Share as and pick your template. WrkLst fills it in from the proforma invoice, in your own layout, as a PDF or a Word file. It downloads by itself.

When the crate lands, mark it as arrived, right on the card or in the shipment. Filter for Not arrived to see everything still open. Pickups and deliveries can even show up in your own calendar.

Five habits make it work. Start from the basket. Give every shipment its dates, or mark it in planning. Add the tracking number. Record where the works are. And mark it arrived when it lands.

That's Shipments in WrkLst. You'll find them under Shipments, in the sidebar.
